Terms & Conditions - the basics

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of vehicles by Caleigh's Cruisin' Cars ("we," "us," or "our") to you, the customer ("you," "your"). By purchasing a vehicle from Caleigh's Cruisin' Cars, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Vehicle Sales

As-Is Sale: All vehicles are sold "as-is" without any warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Vehicle Inspections: You are encouraged to have the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic at your own expense before purchasing.
Vehicle Descriptions: While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our vehicles, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.
Test Drives: Test drives are conducted at your own risk.

Pricing and Payment

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
